"Pharma Tech" Winny... 25mg Caps??

I just received a bottle of 25mg caps. The label looks very generic and says Pharma Tech on the side. All it says Stanozolol 25mg. Serving size 1 capsule. and it has a lot # and Exp. Date on the side. Looks like anyone could have made the label. Anyone heard of this stuff???
