I've been lurking the forums for a while and have made a minimal amount of posts. I'm strongly considering doing a cycle in the next 12 months. I've done some research on PH and gear but need to decide which route i'm going to go so I can solely focus on researching just one of these so I'm as famliar as possible with the product.
I've heard a lot of mixed reaction on other websites about taking PH (but i'm assuming some of these people are possibly newbs to weightlifitng in general, don't have their diet down, have unrealistic expectations, etc.). Ironmaglabs specfiically. I've also found some on amazon so i might just create my own stack since amazon looks like it would be a little bit cheaper.
Now is it more worthwhile just to go for the gear right of the bat or essentially warm up my body with the PH and see how I like it (note: for now i'd like to stick with everything in the oral form. I'm in college and have an on campus apartment and don't wanna deal with cleaning up my needles, etc.)
Here's some stats and goals
I'll be 20 at the youngest when I do my first cylce (I'll wait til 21 if need be). My long term goal is to compete and do well. So for my first cylce i'd mostly like to gain some lean body mass. Will a PH do that sufficiently?
Been lifting for 5 years. Been doing it seriously for about 2.
Height: 5' 11'' Weight: 218 BF:11-12%
I'm going to cut down to about 7% during the summer and come August put a little more mass on but keep the bf% under 10.
Also, would it be most benficial to start a cycle of either PH or gear as lean as possible? I'm assuming it would since I have ok size for my age.
