5 days after last shot start nolva at 20mg/day for 3 weeks, some guys use 40mg but I dont get high estrogen sides so you can see how you react during your cycle,if your having issues with gyno etc then use 40mg for the first two weeks and 20mg for the last week of pct

You dont need that crap. In fact, in most cases, you dont even need clomids. Just dont touch your weiner for a week (spank it but stop right before it blows out). That should be enough to build a massive load. Adding Zinc will also help.
