Peter Jennings just died

"Nearly four months to the day since he announced in a hoarse voice on his evening newscast that he had been diagnosed with lung cancer, longtime ABC "World News Tonight" anchor Peter Jennings died Sunday, according to the ABC news network. He was 67."
 
My cousin was diagnosed with esophagul cancer at 38 yrs of age and he lasted all of 3 months. Some cancers kill fast. He looked like a 70 year old man in the casket.
 
Did Peter Jennings smoke? Over 90% of lung cancers are attributed to smoking. THe rest get emphysema if heart disease doesn't get them.
 
I just lost my dad 11 years ago and my grandma2 years ago because of cancer.

I would say so because of his voice.. He sounds like a smoker.

Smokers are drug addicts, plain and simple. I can't believe cigarettes are legal but anabolic steroids aren't. Yes I can, all about money.
 
wow that was really fast I wonder if he ever even had time to get deep into treatment :( I was thinking he was gonna make it actually that sucks
