Personal Training Guide [For Me]

I'm looking for someone to give me a good upperbody workout that can be done within an hour working my biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest etc. I'm also looking for a good leg workout that can take about a half hour to and hour. I weigh 130lbs. I'm 5' 6" and use a post workout supplement.

A little more info would be helpful for members to advise you.

Goals, current lifts, how long youve been training, and what youve been doing are all helpful.
 
I've learned that no one is going to hand you routines. The information is on this site, it's your job to use it and take the time to learn it. No one will spoon feed it to you.
