permanent weight loss

the weight i lost off DNP seems to be permanent. i'd rather not yo-yo diet for the rest of my life, and i want to lose enough weight to not be at risk for medical problems (i'd need to lose about 25 lbs to do that). aside from dnp, what else can cause permanent weight loss. i think topical yohimine does, maybe PGF2. anything else. DNP is a last resort, as i'd rather not take that again.

The only way to get permanent weight loss is to get rid of the fat cells that store fat. Going on DNP, or any diet for that matter simply forces your body to utilize the fat stored in these cells and then they shrink. Fat cells are like storage containers and we each have a given amount of them. Our body fat content is based on how much fat we have stored in these cells because we cant really get rid of the cells themselves.

i know, but i did DNP 2 years ago & went from 289 to 272. however, its 2 years later & i haven't dieted since and i am at 273. The vast majority of people would have regained the 17 lbs back in 4 months.

i may start SSRI's soon, so i may gain 50-60 lbs. that will put me at risk for diabetes unless i lose alot of weight.
