permanant plateau???

Keep it beefy

New member
my arms are almost 18 inches cold flexed. i've been lifting for 7 years or so, and i'm 20 years old. they were 16.5 two years ago, so you can see that progress has been slow. i didn't start juicin' till about a year ago either. will i ever be able to hit that 19 to 20 mark? i'm beginnning to think that i'll just get stuck at 18 forever or something. any opinions?

Please. 20 years old and you think you've hit a permanant plateau. You're joking right?
Been training for 15 years and still making gains.

Unless your 285lbs and 4% bodyfat I do not think a permanent plateu is something you have to worry about. And your only 20 years old, so you have plenty more gains to come

i'm not joking, and i'm not trying to be a dick. it's just that, lifting during puberty was like being on juice constantly, and for 4 years. but now, everything is so fucking slow that it's depressing.

Well yea, things will slow down, but that's to be expected. When you first starting working out you probably put 50lbs on your bench a year. Can't expect that to continue forever. Now you have to start getting creative. Change your routine, mess with your diet, now you really have to work for it.
