I agree on those parts but to counter your argument:
Brazil seemed to be on cruise control the first two games then got to moving after they faced criticism. They handled Japan 4-1. Sure it's Japan but they were passing amazingly. I mean come on, Ronaldo had to hardly work at all to get those two goals. They were set-up perfectly. Ghana will come out and give Brazil a run for their money then Brazil will end up plowing them over.
France has had a terrible scoring drought really, Spain hasn't.

It will be the first test for Brazil who had only weak opponents so far
I can't see them lose but I never thought Argentina would struggle against Mexico either
as for France, I can't beleive Zidane (Real Madrid) + Henry (Arsenal, and one of the best stricker in the English league) can't score
