has anyone got any experience with this, either as an agent to help calorie partitioning into muscle cells during bulking periods, or alternatively as a tool to aid dieting and prevent downregulation of hormones during dieting periods.
i dont have the search function, so if anybody knows of any threads on the site, could you post them up for me.
