Been researching on peptides lately I just came off my cycle and am in the middle of the typical EF pct. I'm looking for a bridge to run in between my cycles.

I'm thinking of ghrp 6, ipam, and IGF LR3. What do you guys think of those 3? Should i use all three together just a couple or only one? And also dosages? I definitely wanna run something for about 5 months. Looking for 10 pounds of keepable muscle and to put on some more mass.

I hate to post and just ask a bunch of questions but my research is kind of hitting a dead end I want more info on this peptides and don't trust a lot of the other forums online.

Why would you use GHRP and Ipam together? Thats redundant. Plus GHRP-6 will give you the worst hunger pains and some nice water retention plus most likely cause blood sugar issues. Do you have a glucose monitor? IGF required glucose monitoring too. GHRP is crap. Ipam/Sermorelin is not.

Ok so then I'm thinking ipam by its self 100mcg 3x a day am I correct on that? Also with the blood sugar issues how do I pin? Do I not eat for an hour before and after? And I would like to run for 5 months I think I saw that you had done this In a previous thread

You shouldnt get blood sugar issues with Ipam. The glucose monitor is so that you know wtf is going on at all times for a few weeks until you have things down. Other than the very first pin (which could lower your glucose so you need carbs) it will (it should) spike your blood sugar just like HGH will. If your normal is 90 then your new normal for a while post inject will likely be 105 or so. Its still in range but its high normal. Your watching to see that it doesnt go high at times like first thing in the morning or at random times when your stomach is empty during the day. Or that it doesnt start to go way low which can happen with GHRP.
I wouldnt bother with 3x ED. its a pain in the ass. I'd take that extra pin time and up your dose to 150mcg a.m. and p.m.
A.m. will be on an empty stomach anyways. Then dont eat for at least an hour. For pm also dont eat 60-90min before pinning. Obviously you'll be sleeping after so eating is a non issue.
 
Ok, so I guess nobody else was going to bring this up. Using Ipa is a waste if you're not also using something like Mod Grf 1-29 (which is just cjc 1295 without the dac) with it. Also, to get the most out of it you'd probably want to pin three times a day to keep the gh pulses going, I assume you're using this for bodybuilding purposes, right? If you're not pinning three times a day you won't get bodybuilding level results. Also, your dosages are off, you'll want to pin somewhere around 200mcg of Ipa with 100mcg of mod grf 1-29 each time. These are both fairly cheap peptides so it shouldn't be too much. If you really want to add something great for an off cycle, try a sarm with it like Ostarine. You'll love the results.
