squat: (before Acl "anterior cruciate ligament" surgery ) over 500 lbs. now just do 225 for more reps, high volume training for legs.
deadift: 565 lbs max
diet strick, high carb on training days. low carb on off days, so i dont put on extra bodyfat.
carb sources: sweet potatoes, brown rice, white rice, whole wheat bagels, ect.
numbers look around 250 g of protein/ 400 g of carbs/ different range of fat intake.
my goal with peptides. It's not really fat, or water. its just lose skin over my lower abs. you can see them, but its a visible look, not rock hard lean abs. my upper abs ( top 4) is really solid, very lean. and i also have a very nice v cut. so i was wondering if a peptide would tighten that skin up, or would i need to use something else, like "helios" or l-cartinine inj. for spot reducting?
