Peptide Controversy

Recently I joined one of the main peptide boards with my intention to learn more about them. However, instead of finding pure useful threads, I found controversy and discussion.

Lab tests were performed in one of the popular Follistatin labs, and the results proved to be garbage. Mostly salt and an unknown protein.

According to people testing them, they state it is impossible to create follistatin and myostatin and sell them at current prices.

It turns out, 99% of peptide companies get the powders from the same Chinese source. ANd they trust him without proof. Seems like the guy could be shipping salt and everybody is making peptides from salt.

According to other vets info, the only trusted peptides are ghrp's and IGF-1. LR3 and DES is questionable.

It has been a great disappointment to read that these companies are competing for who scam less instead of competing for creating the purest legit product in America. I mean, why we have to import chinese shit in the first place?? I have told the same for years. No matter what type of powder is, why the fuck chinks have to make it. Since when Americans are unable to make things?? I understand the lab infrastructure is expensive, but there are THOUSANDS of students here with access to labs and we can make it IF WE WILL.

The information might be wrong, however this makes all of us interested in peptides to back up and wait until some white smoke comes out.

I would appreciate any feedback from you guys here at EF.

I'll be along for the ride. I was thinking of some IGF-1 post cycle to combine with nolva since nolva lowers igf-1. But I know a lot of the guys around here don't like clomid/nolva. Just brainstorming at this point. What do you guys think?

IGF-1 is fine but the LR3 and DES is in the grey area.

A lot of guys swear by these products. They claim to gain 8-10 pounds in 2 weeks, so they are happy. If you know a little bit of science, you know it is impossible for the body to build real 10 pounds of muscle in 2 weeks. It is water retention. Now that water retention can come from many sources. If you are injecting salt in your body, of course you are gonna retain water like a balloon. There's your 10 pounds. Yet, a lot of ignorant people believe with their eyes closed just like fanatic Christians.

I'm telling you guys, there is some deep dark shit surrounding this peptide industry. They are new, they are experimental, they are not yet completely understood. It is a big space for huge scams in the country.

Some people report side effects very similar to steroids. Peptides are not supposed to give those sides. How do they know they are not injecting Dianabol instead of the so popular follistatin?

There is only one or two real labs in USA so far developing REAL follistatin for gene therapy. It works through a viral delivery system. The price for 1mg is near $5,000.00 Yet, these companies offer 1mg for $120? 150? does that make sense?? The same with Myostatin.

Like I said, there were lab tests done. The ideal thing would be to have each company backing up their products with tests. HOWEVER, how do we know they are making one good real batch to test and then selling the same shit to people? It is a high risk to inject shit that nobody even knows what it is.

I think unfortunately only time will fix the market. New people exposing the old ones, plus more medical backup and personal research. Unfortunately it should be good faith and trust, but that doesn't exist anymore in America.

Again, the late controversy was focused on follistatin, myostatin, IGF-1LR3, IGF-1DES. All other peptides seem to be legit, only with dosing variations due to quality of lab.

I have been looking around at these as well. Are people aware and understand what is in these peptides if the label is 100% correct? For me, I don’t. If you couple that with companies putting in whatever they want, I for one certainly need to do more research. Unfortunately anytime something new like this comes out you will have scammer companies taking advantage, but I thought we cleared that up.
