People who cut tabs

If you use a pill cutter to chop it in 4 pieces, first of all, they`re so small. Don`t they just dissolve in your mouth? and They seem to break up and are brittle when cut into 4 pieces. What do you do about that?

I`m trying to split D-bol in 3 instead of 4 now because of that reason and it`s still breaking up and powdery.

Who makes the tabs?

It doesn't really matter where they dissolve, btw, they will make their way to your bloodstream either way.
