there is this dude at my gym who looks like a pro incredibly vascular and shredded all year round he isnt natural but his genetics are awesome he never trains hard and he is weak also is afraid of compound movements, loves the machines and esp the cables, this dude is totally stupid when it comes to training, he didnt even know the difference betwwen fast and slow twitch fibers, but of course hes got guys asking him all these questions and this is a classic case of "THE BEST LOOKIN DUDE IN YOUR GYM IS PROBABLY THE LEAST KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT TRAINING AND DIET DUE TO SUPERIOR GENETICS" i know he dosent look like that cuz he trains hard cuz he dosent, and ive talked to him about diet before to confirm my theory and he said he eats whatever he wants makes me nuts to see people think he knows his shit im not hatin on him but people are retarded

im not hating and personally i wouldnt want people to bother me with a lot of quaestions while training but i woulld answer cuz im not a dick like that but people think if u look like a pro u know how to train and eat and that isnt nesecarrily true at all if ur geneticly gifted and use aas on top of it

Very true. There are a lot of big guys that dont know jack. There's one big guy in my gym that I'd never take advice from.

He can have all the attention. I am not that big so i get next to none but thats the way i like it.
Nothing worse than people coming up to you asking you questions that take longer than your 60 sec break to answer.
