I think if either men or women were given BC patches at or before puberty to eliminate bastard kids, or kids by kids, that would save billions of dollars. Since most kids are having unprotected sex at young ages, and parents aren't responsible enough to teach them.

you know why this sux..why the gov and essentially tax dollars have to pay for these "pregnancies"..look at it this way..if you went to the gym and out of every 10 sets you did..you only received the benefits from 6 sets(or less)and the other 4 sets went to the "commonwealth"..how many sets would you do?..would you workout as intensely?...would you hammer out another set of 6 intense reps for someone else?..weightlifitng is the finest form of capitalism..nobody can tax my workouts..why tax my work?..I'm a business owner and I cant begin to tell you about the laziness and reliance on the govt safety net that many people in this country harbor...

First of all, I'm not Communist, or think like one, I'm talking about addressing a serious problem. Seeing as how our government doesn't think enough of teachers to pay them well, who's going to change the direction of the youths growing up?
Immature, irresponsible parents aren't. I'm against more government intrusion in lives as far as civil liberties go, but they could eliminate some of the other unecessary things they do, and focus on eliminating the welfare system, both corporate, and poor.

People are lazy, because they aren't required to do anything, in school, or the government has made it to easy for them elsewhere......thru lawsuits, etc. If you're brought up to work hard, respect others, and be responsible, you're most likely going to have those qualities. However, if you know that the system has ridiculous loopholes to take advantage of, you've grown up watching it done, so you continue pushing just to see how LAZY, SORRY, IMMORAL, you can become and exist.

This society has no work ethic, and most people are motivated by greed.
