i am gettin ready to do one now i looked on spot injections and looked at it i have done tri bi quad and delts before what i want to know is can i berry a 1 inch pin in my pec

Depends how big your chest is. I wouldn't stick the whole 1" in, leave about 1/4" out.

Also, it's best to shoot the outer pec, near the arm, because it's usually thicker.

Just by the way, I read a thread on here yesterday which claims that spot injections with oil-based solutions don't have an advantage.

The oil has to absorb into the bloodstream before it works anyway.

yea but when u takin stuff like fina and winny you quickly run out of places to inject. also some will agree that spot injects with oil won't help others say it will help
