Pec injection w/ Sust?

Is this gonna be okay? Might it possibly help with a slightly lagging right side of chest or am I wasting my time? Also, will this increase the risk of gyno? Thanks. Oh yeah only have 5/8 in a 23 gauge so will one shot leave a scar?

Done it a bunch of times. However I do use a 25 gauge but I have used a 23 a few times. I don't think it will help much though in terms of permanent size but it may in the long run if done repeatedly. Also you get the temporary swelling effect from it which would give the illusion that they are equal but again it is only temporary.
