yes get the all natural kind, i include in my diet but not sooooo much, here and there i indulge... 10g good fat along with 10g of protein per serving.. cant beat that..
peanut butter is one of the good sources of fat. it is also a good way to boost calories in a meal like a shake as far as macro's are conserned that is all it is good for. i do not count it for anything else.
