Just figured I'd recommend a meal I myself like to use for bulking. Gives quite a bit of calories, and tastes really good. It's nothing complicated, but make a peanut butter and jelly (all natural peanut butter and whole wheat bread, obviously) then put a handful of almonds (roughly 1 serving) on it. You'll be getting around 630 calories assuming you use 1 serving of peanut butter, 2 of jelly, 2 slices of bread, and 1 serving of whole roasted almonds. I'm sure you guys have done something similar to this, or this exactly, but I figured I'd put it out there because it's a good way to cram in alot of calories, and still eat something tasty. Almonds are bland. Mixed into this sandwich, it's like homemade chunky peanut butter!
