Peanut Butter in Protein Shakes

Will Peanut Butter slow down the utilization of whey protein in my post-workout shakes? And if so, could I use PB instead of flax to slow down the absorption of a pre-bedtime shake?
 
I sleep for 10-12 hours a night, so absortion needs to be slowed a lot, for the past couple months ive been attempting to bulk and been eating close to a whole jar of NPB a night
 
Nothin better than sittin down with a spoon, gallon of water, and jar of PB. My wife bitches when i start using my hands to grab last PB stuck to inside of jar, but them sticky fingaz come in handy later.

yes !

which is a good point with your last shake (before bed)

but you should avoid adding fat with your post workout protein (as you want it to be quickly digested)
