I am starting my first bulking cycle Monday.
I need help with my diet. Can I eat regular PB, maybe reduced fat. Do I need to get Natural PB
What about eggs, whole or just whites?
also is white rice bad? I have a surplus of it!! Can I incorporate it in to my diet?
One last thing.... Post workout shake, I like to add bananas, milk, pb to my shakes. Is this bad postworkout?
