I posted my pic before ,my cutting and now Ill be posting an updated pic. The cutting cycly went awsome so far. My arms are at 18 inches and im ripped. I took my bf to 9% which is good for me because I hold my weight really well. Thanks for the advise I was given, it worked great, later K
