hello everyone,

I have clomid and novaldex for my PCT and im getting ready to come off of a test and dbol cycle in one week and I am curious as to when to start my PCT and how much of dosage. I just want to have it dialed in so I keep as much of my gains as possible. THANX!!!

cyp. 500 mg a week. no sides currently. but i want to take both the nov and clomid. when do i start after cycle has ended and how much in dosage?

I did 20mg ED of Nolva for 30 days, and on days 11 through 20 I added 50mg Clomid ED.

Personally I think it just delayed the inevitable crash, and delayed the actual recovery time by one month.

Perhaps PCT as a between cycle bridge would be better in the long run?

u didnt plan pct? how long is your cycle?

if u want to take both, 50mg clomid & 20mg nolva ed for 4 weeks. u could probably get away with one or the other (assuming here that u r only running 10 or 12 weeks).

i did plan on a pct..ive had shit on hand. just curious as to when to start and how much and how long. ive been told ED for 2 weeks is sufficient?

planning pct means knowing when u r going to start pct, what dose to use, and how long. u simply just had your stuff on hand.

i would go with 4 weeks myself.

You could always taper down like this:

Clomid
Day 1 Post Cycle: Clomid @ 300mg
Days 2-14: Clomid @ 100mg ED
Days 15-28: Clomid @ 50mg ED

Nolva
Days 1-28: Nolva @ 20mg ED

those clomid doses r outrageous & unnecessary!

You could always taper down like this:

Clomid
Day 1 Post Cycle: Clomid @ 300mg
Days 2-14: Clomid @ 100mg ED
Days 15-28: Clomid @ 50mg ED

Nolva
Days 1-28: Nolva @ 20mg ED
