im on a deca test cycle a very light one at that, 250 deca and 200 test a week, have one box of clomid and one box of nolva how shoudl i go about pct with that

Working with what you have:

Two weeks after last poke; 50mg Clomid ED (not sure how many in box) for 3 weeks?, 20mg Nolvadex ED (not sure how many in box here either) for 4-6 weeks?.

2 weeks fater last poke, as Deca takes longer than 2 weeks to clear. I'd run Clomid and Nolva for 4 weeks, at higher doses. In other words, you gotta get more Clomid and Nolva. I'd get some HCG for the final weeks of your cycle as well.

Yes.....not really well-planned PCT....but he most likely will not make the same mistake twice. I have no idea how many pills are in a "box" as mine come in semi-blisters. Sort of a "hit and miss" with this thread with so many unknowns.

I would not bother with Nolvadex since Deca does not aromatize, i.e. convert to estrogen.

As far as Clomid, I would start the Clomid 3 weeks after your last poke to make sure all/most the Deca is out of the system.
