PCT with HCG?

I need some help with setting up a PCT with HCG.
Say a guy has been on for a very long time and he's now currently only on anavar. He's about to get off.
How would he implement HCG into his PCT? How much, how often and for how long?
Other than HCG he's gonna use nolva and clomid.
He needs some antiestrogens for the HCG right? Is it enough with nolva? If so how much and how often? Or does he need antiaromatase drugs with HCG (like adex)?

appreciate any help. I've tried searching for answers but I'm not platinum so it's kind of hard.

I'm in the same boat, wondering if it's feasible to use A-dex with HCG instead of Nolva/Clomid for PCT. I've read through the PCT stickies and they all make reference to utilizing Nolva, Clomid or both along with HCG but none of them seem to make any reference to using A-dex, Aromasin etc for PCT.

Anybody have any input?

i believe that an estro- inhibitor is absolutely necassary during pct, i used to have a hard time untill i implemented a-dex in my pct @ .25mg daily along with clomid and nolva, but only after heavy cycles.
