I just started my pct consisting of clen and nolvadex. I also just stocked up on sups. I have joint soothers, multi vitamins, CLA, aminos, protein, creatin, and was wondering if there is anything wrong with taking all of these products together. I am trying to slim up a little from my cycle. I have lost a lot of weight but it all seems to be quality loss. Like water and fat. I have also planned on eat a banana everyday to prevent muscle cramps from the clen. Is there anything else as far as advise I could get? Do I need to eat less or more? I started drinking a protein shake for breakfast and taking all of my vitamins then. I also cut way way back on caloric intake. I started eating one chicken breast and a can of tuna troughtout the day instead of two chicken breast can of tuna and a protein bar. I also cut back my water intake, bad??? Just looking for some advise for the pct, also should I stay away from the red bulls? I usually have one every morning.
 
If you used some type of nor-test based compound like Deca or tren to any great degree, HCG is indicated. If your cycle included mostly test, you can get away with just clomid and nolvadex in many cases although ideally you'd have HCG handy as well.

Basically I'm saying that Clomid is preferable to clen if you're talking either or, but clen is useful for some people in keeping off fat post cycle. The AG guys have clomid, kitsnmore has the cheapest stuff which I haven't tried yet.

Basically all the stuff you mentioned isn't going to mean a whole lot as far as interacting with what you're talking about. Too much caffeine might cause some minor disturbances when consumed with clen, but all the other stuff is quite simply food. CLA is food, creatine is food, etc.
 
If I did what your planning on doing I would be a toothpick in a matter of weeks. Was it just a cutting cycle you did?
 
No, I did a 12 week enanthate at 300mg a week, Sust 250 at 250mg a week and started the cycle with a few d-bol for two weeks at 20mg a day. I gained 25 lbs and have loss 10, My arms went from 16 1/2 to 17 3/4 and now down to 17. The rest of my body did the same thing. I look a lot leaner and how not lost any strength, I change my routine too. Higher reps little less weight. My elbows really started to hurt. People are also saying I look like I have lost weight in my face, thats also a pretty good indication that I have lost water. My stomach is thinning out also.
 
As far as your diet goes, it sounds like you don't know what the fuck you are doing. That sucks. If you let your calories go too low, you're going to lose all of the LBM you gained from your cycle. Decrease water intake? No. I think it would be a good idea to get some clomid or hcg, or you will lose your gains. Shitty diet + poor PCT+ = bad news for you.
 
You can go with nolva for your PCT,but it is better to use Clomid or HCG...
(1-2 tabs of Clomid daily...or... 1,500 IU of HCG each 3rd or 4th day)
 
I know how to diet asshole. I went from drinking 2 gals a day to 1 gal a day. My diet is great I drink protein in the morning and eat chicken and tuna through out the day. And great dinners at night. Always eating frozen vegs. And pct is planned with nolvadex and clen, along with sups. What are your stats?
 
Cool out my friend. Just because you drink a protein shake in the morning and chicken and tuna throughout the day does not mean you know shit about diet. I also cut back my water intake, bad???" is enough for me to know you're no expert. My stats? 5'9 190 10-11% bf. What's the relevence?
 
I have been studing the way the body works for the last 4 years. I am a nursing student. And will be done with school on the 12th. I will be a RN with a A.A.S.. I know how to diet and how the body breaks down everything I consume. All the way down to how the cells in your body use the food we eat. I know more about diet then you could ever know. When I said that I had a protein shake for breakfast, I was looking for some constructive criticism. I change from 6 egg whites and one yoke, to just the protein. And when I was talking about eating the chicken and tuna, thats just an example of what I eat while at work. Once again looking for someone to say hey, "I would not change that", or "thats a good idea". Not you to tring to hate on me, bitch. And also I could see how someone who is 5'9 190 trying to tell someone who is 5'9 220, what they are doing wrong. I am also only 21. bf 12%. Have a good night. Oh thats right I called you a bitch. :) Your post made me smile. For that, I thank you. It's really not a big deal to me, how much you know about nutrition, although I still think the fact that you have gotten so irritated shows some insecurity, but that's just my intuition talking. Many of us here, including myself, have studied nutrition in college; you're not special. I will agree my first post could have come accross a bit harsh, but didn't expect you to take it so hard. Yes, you called me a bitch. I was deeply offended. What bodyweight has to do with knowledge or ability to give advice i'm not sure. You're 21, i'm 19. Who cares?
BTW, Mr. Nursing student, it's egg yolk. :)
