The winny is more potent in terms of sides / shut down. Also note that this type of cycle is not kind on your good cholesterol levels, may want to consider flax oil / low fat diet (I take it you're cutting) throughout and for a few months after.
Any case - I'd go with the standard PCT protocol (see sticky's at top of page) to be safe.
Gots to agree with Sigmund...thats a killer cycle on cholesterol levels...and especially the o'l liver and kidney's!!! Var is a very mild steroid..while winny will shut you down harder....with these two orals your cycle shouldn't have went longer than 7 weeks bro...tops.....just to be safe. I've had bros run two orals at some pretty high dosages for longer...but their just meatheads and could care less about liver/kidney damage. I really doubt you'll need HCG...and as a matter of fact...i'd stay away from it for a winny/var cycle. Just go with the standard clomid PCT regime...and you'll be fine. How did this cycle work for ya...i'm going to run a winny/var cycle in a few months.....looking forward to this cutter!

Length and dosages can influence how your PCT is ran....with a mild and short cycle of Var and Winny I would use clomid if it were me....but if all you have is Nolva go with that....Nolva's main purpose is to block off the estrogen receptor to prevent your body from detecting the high levels of estrogen in the body....but it also helps stimulate natural test production....so with a light cycle i'm sure Nolva would suffice....i'd still go with the standard Clomid regime if I were you.
