PCT Therapy

I'm currently week 2 into my PCT from a 16 week clean bulker of Test/Winny/Anavar and after doing more research i've found that Clomid can cause depression (which i'm getting horribly). I'm wanting to know if my dosages are too high and if my duration is correct. Next time i'm using AIFM.

1st Week - 100 mg Clomid/ 20 mg Nolva
2nd Week - 50 mg/ Clomid / 10 mg Nolva
3rd Week - 50 mg/clomid / 10 Nolva

* Is three weeks adequate? Can I lower my dosage on week 3? Also, i have some arimidex to add if that helps.

Your Clomid doses look good, you can lower it to 50mg/EOD for the third week if you wish. 3 weeks should be good, some need more and others less, it varies from person to person. I don't think adding the Arimidex to your final week is needed.
