OK - I'm running my PC T now. I did a short 8 week Test E cycle with a Dball kick-start. Gained about 15 good lbs. It was my first cycle. What a blast - Gawd I loved it. I hate to stop, but we'll see how recovery goes. If all goes well, I'll hop back on for another ride in a few months.
My PC T consists of 500 iu HcG for the first 5 days, along with Nelson's Post Cycle, Arimidex and some Derma Sustain. I have Nolvadex and Clomid on hand, but wanted to see if I could get by without them to avoid their sides.
So here's my question: I feel alright now, but have lost a little bit of strength. What else do I do to keep my gains. Everyone discusses/debates the proper substances to use and their dosages, but what's the other half of the PC T equation? What other steps should be taken to ensure recovery while keeping all of my gains?
