i have gyno for 8 months. just in left nipple...not that bad really. I also want to lower total e2 as well as SHBG.
I plan to run letro pill form to get gyno gone as well as nolva. How should i dose this and taper down with letro.
Here is the situation...letro doesnt lower e2 so i want to use arimidex. What should do first. Try and take care of gyno first adn then lower e2? Run them at the same time. If so, how should I dose and how long should i dose each for so i know how many pills to get. I dont want to kill estrogen so i want ot make sure i do this right. BUt i have high estrogen symptoms such hot flahses, etc..so that is most important to me now. So should i do that. Thanks?
