PCT Recommendations

Hello

Am running my first cycle soon, it's gonna be Testosterone Cyponiate@400mg weekly (or 500 still not sure) for 8 weeks

Still not sure about the PCT am gonna use, am using Animal Stak and Animal M-Stak immediately after the end of the cycle (in addition to Vit E and Zinc) but I'd like to get more information about other stuff like the Nolvadex and Clomid

but what doses of Nolvadex? when to start taking it?
If someone sorted out the whole PCT thing i'd be thankful

I read the stickies, but things weren't cleared up to be honest what am thinking about right now is :

Week 1 : One Test 400mg shot
Week 2 - Week 8 : One Test 400mg Shot + 20mg of Nolvadex Daily
PCT: Week 9: 3 days after the last shot, a Pregnyl shot + 20mg of Nolvadex Daily
PCT: Week 10: another 2 shots of Pregnyl with 5 days seperation + 20 mg Nolvadex Daily
PCT: Week 11&12: 20mg of Nolvadex Daily

Am gonna start natural test booster (Activate Xtreme) n the 9th week
would this be ok ? and would using a DHT blocker be a good idea to minimize hair loss ?

imo your cycle needs alot of work bro.....maybe try something like this

test e 500mg/week 1-10
aromasin 12.5mg ed 1-12
hcg 500 i.u.s/week 4-10
hcg 1000-1500 i.u.s every 4 days after last pin up till pct

pct startin 2 weeks after last pin
post/cycle unleashed combo
form-stanz
clomid 25mg ed

pin the test and hcg twice a week mon. a.m. thurs. pm. and you could kick it with the oral of your choice weeks 1-4 just use need2guard during orals

that's just a qucik outline but it looks like you need to do some more research....post whatever you decide in the anabolic section and you'll get a lot more feedback but I put money on it everyone will recommend something similar to what ive outlined for you....best of luck
