PCT recommendation for my cycle.

I am going to run the following cycle:

Test E: 500mg/wk 1-12
Deca: 400mg/wk 1-10
Winny 50mg ED 7-12
Arimidex .5mg ED

I have clomid on hand for PCT.

I need some help on what i should do for PCT. I read you shouldn't run nolvadex with Deca. I thought of getting AIFM. Can you please give some input on what to do for PCT?
