PCT question

Ran test 400 at 600 ml a week for 12 weeks I long should I run nolva for? If it helps any it's my first cycle I didn't run anything but test. I gained 25 pounds went from 145 to 170 11% BF

Your gonna need more then just nova which I wouldn't even use anyways cuz it will most likely make your feel like shit and kill your sex drive. But if I were you I would pick up some unleashed and post cycle from needtobuildmuscle and some forma at 5 pumps am and 5 pumps pm

I've not yet run Unleashed in PCT, but I can highly recommend HCGenerate and Forma-Stanzol (actually I used Formeron from Orbit, which is the same thing, someone correct me if I'm wrong) those two together brought my libido and dick back from the sleep of death after a 100mg/day Var only cycle, and I highly HIGHLY recommend them for PCT.
