PCT Question

I just ran a cycle of:

Week 1-15 -Test E @ 600 / week
Week 1-15 - EQ @ 400 / week
Week 1-10 - Deca @ 400 / week
Week 6-20 - Arimidex @ .5mg EOD

I stopped the Deca early b.c I was getting bad DecaDick and started HCG at 500 IU E4D and Now that I just finished I upped the HCG to 500 Iu EOD and will continue the HCG for antoher 3 weeks and keep using the Arimidex for another 2 weeks.

My last Test and EQ shot was 2 weeks ago so I wanted to know if I should start my clomid now or wait another few days?

Also, I was gonna run the clomid:
@ 200mg/day -- week 1
@ 150mg/day -- week 2
@ 100mg/day -- week 3-4
is this good and also should I throw some Nolva in with that?

looks like high dose of clomid to me from what i've seen, i just do 50 a day, but i've seen where people say

day 1 300mg
day 2 300mg
day 3 200mg
day 4 150mg
day 5 100mg
day 6 100mg
day 7 50mg throughout

or something like that
