Some half-lifes are listed on the newbie sticky. Test-E is one. It is 10.5 days.

that number is incorrect enanthate has a half life of 4-6 days.
actually most of the half lives are incorrect. that needs to be fixed.

here are some steroid half lifes, test enan has about a 7 day half life, so I suggest starting your PCT 10days after your last shot.

Clomid and nolva is a good combo for PCT.
