i was always told nolva on hand in case of gyno, clomid afterwards...some take nolva only....during and PCT...i have latley noticed some athletes take both for PCT...i guess it all depends on what your taking...

personally, I use HCG during the last 4 weeks of a cycle and Clomid/Nolva afterwords. I don't think you can really go wrong this way. Some may choose to use HCG for a longer duration of a cycle. You can also use Nolva during a cycle if gyno is an issue.

I start Clen about 3 days before PCT so that I can build up to a higher dose by the time PCT actually begins and then run it for 3 weeks, although I think the effects subside after 18 days if I'm not mistaken.
