PCT question, urgent

So i am wrapping up my cycle here in one week.
LGD- weeks 1-10
helladrol/6mdrol- weeks 4-10

i have been taking bulbine and fadogia for 5 weeks total now, and i know it is said not to take it for more than 8 weeks total!

Should i take one week off from bulbine and fadogia and just take DAA for one week straight?

I want to be able to use fadogia and bulbine in my PCT, but i don't want to go over the recommended weeks to use it...

PCT:
Ostarine-12.5-25mg(will start in a few days so it kicks in for my PCT)
DAA- 4 times per week
Testojack 200
Formastanzol
Fadgodia/bulbine

never will use a serm unless i run a heavier anabolic cycle. no need for it

did bloods before and after my last 8 week cycle of LGD and everything came back fine..


does my PCT look good..

and need tips to my question
