PCT needed for this cycle

Plan on doing sust 250/wk and deca 300/wk. both for 10 weeks. What sort of clomid and/or hcg is needed for this light cycle. dont ask me to add anything or jack up the dose, ive only done two cycles ever, the first was cyp at 400/wk then eq at 400/wk, last cycle was 8 years ago so this will do for now.
