PCT help ?

Hey guys Im new to this form but I have question about my PCT. I start in two wk with nolva 40mg ed/2wk then 20mg ed/2wk. Hcgenerate at 5caps for 4wk. My question is do I take the nolva in one dose or split in two doses? Same with the Hcgenerate/ one dose or two. I would appreciate any input. Thanks!

i would split up the nolva as for the hcgen split it into two doses two am and three pm or vica versa also take Evoo with the hcgen it helps boost your ledig cells with the hcgen to produce more test
