PCT Help

Hi Guys,

Ill finish my 10 week cycle this Friday it was as follows:

week 1 : 500mg Test E

week 2 : 500mg Test E

weeks 3 - 10 : 500mg Test E, 250 Mg Deca, 40mg Anabol E/D

Will Finish this week with last Jab of Test E, Deca and 40mg Anabol

What do you guys recommend as a suffice PCT, advice on timing to start and for how long if you would.

I would start 5-7 days after the last Test injection and run HCG for 10 days at 500 IU a day,


More than enough for me, if things are not normal, then

I would do the Clomid at 50mg per day for 25 days.

It does not have to be complicated or sophisticated as long as it works

Ill give this one a go, gets so confusing if you delve too deep.

I have noticed no mention of Nolva! I heard if taking Deca like i have been doing Nolva is the way to go?

I usually plan my PCT and have all items before I start a cycle,last minute planning too risky for me....

I have easy access to what I need so Ill run HCG for 10 days at 500 IU a day.
