pct help!!

Ive just started my 1st cycle! deca 400mgs 10 wks,winny 50mgs ed for wks 6-10! what product should i take clomid ,nolvadex etc...should i take any while im on? If so how much?? and how much when off and for how long?? im a newbie looking for the right way!! thanks bros

I cant say that you chose the right cycle, but that wasnt your question. PCT should be 40mg nolvadex for 2 weeks then 20mg for 4 weeks. You should use some Arimidex .25 mg eod for 6 weeks. Start 1 week after last injection. Just did that exactly and recovered great. Good luck.

I know this isnt answering your question, but you should've had all this planned out before you even started. By the way hope you don't plan on getting laid anytime soon. Taking the deca with no test you might just end up with a dick that wont work for a while. IF you havent started and just got your shit i'd reasearch a lot more than you have.

hmmmmm...what i would do if i were you is run the winny from weeks 8 to 12, 2 weeks past the deca being that deca is a really long ester. then...being that the half life is really short for winny, you can start your PCT immediately. that way you can kickstart your natural test levels immediately with no down time in between to crash and lose gains.

that's when i would go with a clomid or nolva schedule or both.

also...if you do keep your cycle the way it is with the winny from weeks 6 to 10...then i would do 10 days of HCG @500iu/day...and then start clomid/nolva therapy when the HCG is done.

For the life of me, I can't remember Deca's half life, but I'm assuming you would start PCT 2 weeks after your last injection of Deca. Like I said, dont hold me to that cause I don't remember the half life. I prefer clomid, so 300 mg for 1st day, 100 mg for 10 days, and 50 mg's for 10 days would do the job.

Your first cycle, deca only? reconsider. Your first cycle should be straigh test with some arimidex, that's all you need. PCT: Nolvadex or Clomid

This isnt true for everyone, I have never had a problem getting him up while on Deca with or without Test, But some people do get Deca Dick, Just hope that your not one of them

True, thats what i emphasized might. Its just not a chance that i would want to take. My 1st cycle was test and deca and it went awesome. For his 1st cycle i'd do 400mg or 500mg of test only! I'm about to run my 2nd cycle of 500mg of Test only. This will be 3 1/2 yrs after my 1st cycle. I just dont believe the crap that you have to bump every single cycle up just to exceed the 1st in fear of not getting that 15-20 lbs. whatever it may be. Diet,rest, and training are key.
