Pct help

Okay I'm confused on what pct to run, this is my first cycle. (Test 12 weeks) what are some pct cycles and when to start and all that. One last thing when should or if at all run hcg?

I rec HCG the last 4-5 weeks of cycle leading up to BUT NOT into PCT at 500iu 2x a week. if using whole cycle then 200-250iu 2x ew. honestly i dont really even bother to rec it on cycles under 16wk of only test or mild compounds, and morso with tren/deca ect.

anyways the more important part, PCT:
I rec 4-5 weeks of both Clomid and TAmox (nolva). 50mg clomid ed and 20mg tamox ed. and to double the dose the first few days of pct.

start of PCT depends on what you are using . if teste or cyp then 2 weeks after last shot IMO
