PCT HELP w/ HCG & Derma Sust & Anti's

OK.....I am coming off a 13 week cycle and I am about to take my last shot today. I am currently ending with a shot of sustonon 250 and i just took my last tbol today. Can someone give me a few examples how to use the following starting today after I take my last shot:



10,000ius of HCG
1 - Dermacine Sustain


On hand
Arimidex
proviron
clomid
Nolvadex
3 - sustonon amps

Did you usee hCG on cycle bro?

If you didnt, then you need to shoot 1000iu every 4 days for 2 weeks (4 total shots). Start this ASAP. Run the nolva at 20mg/day during this time and one week after your last hCG shot. (3 weeks total)

After this, start the Sustain and run it for 4 weeks. Then your done.

Why run nolva along with the HCG? To keep e2 from spiking up? If so, he should run adex along with HCG instead....and for a few days after the last shot.... then start up the Sustain. I wouldn't mess with nolva...I'm surprised to hear *you* recommend it!

So what do you suggest?

if you ran HCG during, and you feel your boys aren't atrophied, you can go right into Sustain

I suggested nolva because it has the ability to protect the testes during high hCG dosing. Arimidex could be stack with this too, but aromasin would be an even better choice to avoid the E rebound.

Either way I wouldn’t use the Nolva or arimidex beyond the hCG shots.

That probably wasnt enough hCG for that long of a cycle. Since you waited 6-7 weeks to start shooting the hCG you should have done a higher dose of about 500-1000iu. 250iu is only recommended if you start this dose within a couple weeks of starting the cycle, when you still have some sensitivity.

You might be ok, but it would still be a good idea to atleast do a few 1000iu shots now.
