ok guys im putting together my summer cycle starting in may...im leaning towards 250mg of test 400mg of eq for 10 weeks..now i know i need the hcg and nolva for the pct but...there is a problem the family is very nosey and it would be almost impossible for me to store my hcg in the frig...so could i just run nolva the test isnt even that high is the hcg really needed badly?..i mean this is my first injectible cycle..so what should i do..how much nolva to use and for how long..any other suggestions

Clomid and Nolva.... or keep a cooler in your room for the HCG. It need to be refridgerated once mixed.

I don't recommend PCT that only consists of Clomid and/or Nolvadex. It may or may not work for you. Have blood work performed before and after your cycle to evaluate your recovery if you plan to go this route. I couldn't tell you how to run this type of a PCT. I could tell you what your want to hear or I could tell you that it's failed 90% of the time based upon my experiences, confirmed by blood work. If you want to insure an optimal recovery, incorporate HCG.

You may want to try keeping it at a friends place.

Can't argue this point. I've used clomid and nolva in the past but have to proof that it worked other then I wasn't shut down at all. BUT, compared to most here , I run relatively light cycles and haven’t been subject to any of these “shut down” horror shows (other then a prob w/Deca once that ironically didn’t present itself until a good month AFTER the cycle)

I will elaborate on the reason why it's important to have blood work and to use that as a tool in evaluating recovery. You do not have to "crash" in order to still be suppressed. For example, a person who has baseline testosterone values of 600 ng/dl. Upon completetion of the cycle and after PCT, he feels fine and doesn't display any other physical symptoms other than the typical changes associated when discontinuing a cycle. However, this person decides to have blood work done to be on the safe side and the results show that his testosterone levels are 390 ng/dl. Obviously, the levels have increased compared to that during or immediately after, but the fact remains that he isn't back to 600 ng/dl. Personally, just because a person feels fine doesn't constitue recovery.

I've worked with numerous people over the years. Their cycles range from basic anavar only cycles to your heavier cycles consisting of multiple substances, higher dosages and longer durations. This is a commonly reoccurring issue. I wish that Clomid and Nolvadex is all that is necessary, but it's wishful thinking.
