PCT for sustanon

currently on 500mg sust/week

I have nolva for PCT, just wondering when it is exactly I should begin the pct - how long after last shot?

also, any tips on how to take it would be great. I have 600mg of it.

3 weeks after last shot start the Nolva at 20mgs/day and run it for 3 weeks if your cycle wasn't too heavy. If it was then add another week.

running it for 10 weeks.

Oh right I thought I should be starting it before 3 weeks post last shot. My friend who did the same cycle tapered the dosages from weeks 1 to 3, but if 20mg a day is all thats required I'll stick with that.

I always believed with Sustanon (and deca, eq if in cycle) that 3 weeks is a better time to start PCT as it remains active in your body for up to 4 weeks.

With Test E and Test C 2 weeks after last injection is ok but for those with longer active lifes that 3 weeks is a bbetter time to commence.
