PCT for 1st Test Cyp/EQ/Winny cycle

So I just want to make sure I have this correct or if I need to make any changes to my PCT plans. Just starting a 10 week cycle: Cyp 500mg/week, EQ 400mg/week and winny for weeks 7-10 50mg/day. I am planning on throwing Proviron in the mix also. For my PCT I was planning on taking clomid and nolva like this:

2 weeks after last inject..

Clomid day 1 300mg
week 1 150
week 2 75
week 3 50

and Nolva
week 1 & 2 40
week 3 & 4 20

Does this sound right or do I need to alter that?
