PCT for 12 Week Test-E / Deca / Dbol

Hi,

Currently running the following cycle:

40mg Dbol / day for first 4 weeks
600mg Test-E / 500mg Deca
Arimidex 100mg every 3 days

Whats a good PCT and when should i start it? 3 Weeks after the last pin?
I got access to HCG, clomid, nolva etc..
Please advice

Stop the Deca 2 weeks before the test because of the long half life. Start HCG after last injection of Test and run it two weeks and then start PCT (2 weeks after last injection of Test)
