PCT didn't work or maybe just me?

Hi guys. Looking for some help pls. I am 30yrs old and am worried I have messed myself up permanently. I was very naive and didn't do my research so no need for anyone to point that out now pls. Just looking for answers and if anyone has had similar experiences pls. I have done a few 6-8 week cycles of stanozol and anavar separately and together but decided I wanted to try something different. Below is the cycle I did....

Nandrolone Deca – 1 time per week

Week 1-2 = 100mg

Weeks 3-6 = 200mg

Weeks 7-9 = 300mg – Pending results

Weeks 10-12 = 200mg

Weeks 13-14 = 100mg



Anavar – Daily intake

Week 1-2 = 10mg

Weeks 3-6 = 20mg
Weeks 7-12 = 30mg



Stanazolol – Daily intake
Week 3-5 = 40mg
Weeks 6-8 = 60mg
Weeks 9-10 =40


I did 2-3 week of HCG but can't remember dosage. Will try to find

This finished 12 months ago approx. 4 months ago I had to get a full medical at the docs so I asked him to run full blood work out of interest. Mostly ok but he said my DHEA was low and in turn my Testosterone low at 222 was but doc said this was due to the DHEA so he gave me some DHEA tablets and Testosterone cream 4 weeks later DHEA was up in range however Test was only at 300ish so he gave me a Nebido 4ml jab. I did a small cycle of Anavar of 10-20mg a day for 6 weeks during this period also. 3 months later and my Testosterone was 189 10th April 2011 So he jabbed me again and this is when I really started to do some research and went to see an Endo. Endo said I have to wait 3 months for Nebido to get out system
This is where I'm confused. 4th Jan I had first Nebido and 29th Jan I had a sperm test and it was ok at 29mil. Then I retested 20th April after having Nebido 14th April and it was messed up at 0.10 mil !!!!

I've read a million things about doing HCG again and or Clomid etc and Endo says this is all in future after we see what happens after the Nebido is out of my system in 3 months. He is going to test Testosterone levels again in 1 month and says the LH is still very low

Have I screwed myself up? I have told Endo I want off HRT if poss and also will not use my Doc anymore. He was just happy for the paycheck!

Nah bro. You haven't messed yourself up. Your original doctor was just an idiot. Your natural test was low so he injected you with some test??? This would have been good if you wanted to go on Hormone Replacement Therapy. But it sounds like you want to recover.

Deca takes a while to recover from. Then the original doctor postponed this recovery by giving you synthetic testosterone. In the future, if you're trying to recover from a steroid cycle don't let someone inject you with more steroids.

Thx for responding bro. So the Endo wants to wait 3 months after it's out my system???? ie 6 months from the Nebido jab on 14th April to see if I recover from there???? Should I be doing some PCT when this Nebido is out the system (apparently 3 months after the jab)

Yeah, you messed up but your doctor messed you up more. By giving you Nebido he suppressed you further. You can not possibly recover as long as you're on it.

Once the Nebido has cleared, do 3 shots of HMG eod. Do not use Clomid. Include double dosage of UNLEASHED, POST CYCLE, and 1/4 tab of estrogen eod for 2 weeks. Continue the UNLEASHED and add BRIDGE for one month afterward. By then, you should be a lot better and possibly completely recovered.

Another lesson. Don't fuck with this stuff if you don't know what you're doing. And ALWAYS take precautions to protect yourself while on and to recover afterwards. These days you can cycle, recover and keep your gains if you do it right.

stop taking anything that will suppress you and run a PCT, and then let your body recover.

You could if you want. I'm not too familiar with Nebido but I don't think the half life is 3 months. If your last injection was on April 14th, I would wait about a month after that and start a PCT of some sort.

Hopefully someone with more knowledge on Nebido will be along shortly to help.

here is the PCT i ran after deca and my test levels rebounded..

you can buy all this stuff on rxhealthdrugs or rxprohub.

HCG 1500iu's every 4 days for 3 weeks.. then 2 doses of HMG eod, then clomid 12.5-25mg ED for 5 weeks.. then unleashed (which can be bought from needto) a month later go and get a blood test and i guarantee you will see a difference in the results.

and again DO NOT take anything that will suppress you. people will say that HCG will suppress you, dont worry about that right now.. just use it as i am writing to kickstart your PCT.

Also note going forward that Test has to be the base with something like Deca as it shuts you down after one shot. Most docs probably don't realize that because if they are not up on this stuff they are down and out on it.

3days after last inject start nolvadex
60mg 7 days
40mg 4 more weeks

everyone has a different opinion on PCT.

i am telling you what got me recovered. take the advice or not, its up to you.

i would definately not take nolva. nolva + deca don't mix.

keep in mind half the people on here are on HRT or cruising and half actually cycle. so the HRT people are gonna have different opinions then the ones who cycle. like i always say to each their own. i will continue to cycle as long as possible. HRT is a last option for me

hes been off deca for a year, after 2 weeks its fine to take nolva after deca

Nolva can make deca suppression worse.

Nolva can increase estrogen production.

Nolva can kill libido.

Nolva does not help restore the HPTA.

It is not recommended.

Does anyone know how long Nebido stays in ur system? Endo reckons 3 months for 4ml jab....

How many mg per ml? I'm going to guess 250mg. I think the half life is between 16-20 days. You got 1000mg injected so just say 18 days later you have 500mg remaining, 36 days later 250mg remaining, 54 days later 125mg remaining.

I'd start a PCT between 55-65 days after last inject. Someone correct me if I'm wrong here.

Edit: He's should be about right with 3 months.

1 shot of deca is not gonna shut you down bro. it takes several weeks to get shut down. dosing 400mg per week of deca for 4 weeks then you will begin shutting down.

docs prescribe deca at 50mg very light dosages and for short times.. really a useless dose for bodybuilders
