PCT Critique Please

Okay almost done with my first cycle of test e 350. at 350mg a week. After my last injection how many weeks do i start taking PCT? 3 weeks? Also does this look good as a pct? Nolva 40/40/20/20. Thanks

14 days.....thats too much nolva for such a light cycle
I run 10/10/10, and than 10mg EOD next 10 days

Start PCT 10 days after your last shot.

I can never understand why people would do a cycle with absolutely zero research done on PCT.
