Pct Confusion!

This is going to be my 2nd Cycle

My first was cycle was Test E @500mg a week for 10 weeks followed by Nolva weeks 12-15

I saw very good results in strength and wait approx 12lbs, with a very lean diet and I am still holding about 9lbs of it 3 months later

I want to do a 2nd cycle

1-12 wk test E 500mg
1-10 Deca 250mg
1-4 Dbol 30mg ed

Now PCT I have Nolva
But I understand I shouldn't use it with the deca since it might inhance the flare up of gyno....

My questions are
1) I have the Nolva and should I use it at all for pct, also if not what do i use to boost my natural test levels?

2)Does clomid flare up gyno like Nolvadex does?

3)I also have half a bottle of Adex from Ag guys, I should use this if gyno flares up right?


I just want to do the simplest PCT for this simple cycle nothing crazy
I was thinking about ordering AIFM the spray I read good things about it for Gyno how long does it take to get delivered?

No don't run Nolva for PCT since the deca will still be in your system: Use AIFM

No clomid doesn't flare up gyno

PCT = AIFM + Clomid + HCG

I'm gonna get the clomid, but you guys definetly think at only 250mg a week of deca, that gyno could still flare up 4 weeks later at 20mg a day?

Deca stays in your system for a while...and even after, you can still experience its effects (loss of libido, gyno, etc.)... if you're not particularly prone to gyno, you'd probably be ok, but why chance it... just go with clomid...and you should use your Adex or AIFM throughout the entire cycle as well as for PCT

It takes 45 days* for deca to drop enough so that you don't have to worry.
Just use the Clomid/AIFM
I would agree that HCG for a week at the end of the cycle will probably help you tremendously.

the issues with progestins are two fold-

one they are progestins so they bind to the PgR which can cause gyno particularly when the PgR is upregulated by Nolva.

two they suppress natural progesterone, natural progesterone modulates ER activity and also when natural progesterone is suppressed it allows for promiscuous ligands to bind to actively bind to the PgR.
